Kindler turns newsletters you forward into EPUB documents and sends them to the Kindle destinations you configure.
When you sign in with Google, we use your verified email, name or profile identifier, and Google account identifier to create and secure your Kindler account. We request only identity information and do not request access to your Gmail inbox.
We store your forwarding address, Kindle destination addresses, account settings, emails you forward, generated EPUB files, delivery records, and processing errors. Kindler does not fetch remote images when converting emails. The service limits each account to two active Kindle destinations and limits sending to one email per account and recipient per rolling hour and two per rolling day.
We use this information to authenticate your account, route and convert newsletters, deliver documents, enforce limits, handle failed sends, and provide support. Google provides sign-in, Amazon Web Services provides hosting, storage and email delivery, and Cloudflare provides the website and DNS. Documents sent to Kindle are also processed by Amazon under its terms.
We do not sell your data or use newsletter content for advertising. This website does not include advertising or third-party analytics. Kindler uses a session cookie to keep you signed in.
Raw email copies and generated EPUB files normally expire after 30 days. Pending or uncertain deliveries may retain their source until resolved. SES stages mail addressed to the inbound domain before Kindler validates whether the generated address belongs to an active inbox. Unknown, disabled, and revoked addresses are not converted or delivered; their original staging copies expire after seven days. Account and delivery metadata are retained separately to operate the service and track outstanding documents. Database backups expire after 30 days.
You can pause forwarding or replace your private address in your dashboard. For account deletion or data removal requests, email rhea_development.unnatural809@slmails.com. Removed data may remain in backups until their scheduled expiration.
Kindler cannot remove documents from Amazon or your Kindle. Delete those documents using Amazon's controls and sync your device.
